He's so strong. He's been standing for months. I know since he was at least a month old he could do it and it doesn't take much to hold him up. Once he masters balance I'm so in trouble

The Nursery .......

almost 4 months after he's been born. I couldn't do it while Iwas pregnant. I wanted to but my back was hurting most of the last month and there was no point I knew he would be sleeping with me anyway in his basinette and still is but now he's got a spot to go to when he's too big for it. I will miss the basinette. He sleeps great ! 8 hours a night but its like 8pm-4am straight before he needs more food, so he still gets up once.

Yumm Yumm

He's driving me CRAZY! He knows when there's food around and wants to eat it. I have to make sure he gets fed when I do or he's like a little bird waving his hands and opening his mouth squawking at me to give him some. Fine.... I gave in and got him some rice to try. He was very happy about this and goobled it up. Let the messy meals begin. I would be happy just giving him bottles the next few months (less mess)

Happy Memorial Day

First Parade!!

Today we went to Joanthan's First Parade and he got to be in it thanks to his big brother. He slept through the entire journey. Beleive me he got his fair share of attention as I heard "awww.. look at the baby

My Daddy and Me

Its like Me and Mini me......they are at it again sleeping side by side in the same way. I didn't pose them this is what I walk into. Both of their arms and head are the same way. The funny thing is that they move and when they do its almost always the same too. THey both like going to bed early too. Why is it us mommy's do all the work and they love there daddy's so much more it seems

Looking Balder All the Time

IN the last week or so there was a little tuff of brown hair back there and now its gone. His hair is blonde....VERY blonde. So blonde it looks like there's none there. I can't wait to see it when the blonde hair is longer and more noticable. Daddy had blonde hair when he was little so there's no surprise there.

What a day!!

Jonathan had to go to the doctors for a 3 month check up as they wanted to keep an eye on his head growth. It was follwoing last time on the higher side of normal but still within the normal limits they just want to make sure this is his norm and not something else going on.

Measurements were: weight: 15lbs 4 oz Height 23 3/4" and head circumference 43 cm

I told the doctor he rolls from tummy to back and he can go on his sides but didn't want to go on his tummy. Well I took him to the park and pushed him on his side as he was grabbing me and I thought he would do as before go back on his back....nope he SAW grass and wanted it. He went on his TUMMY!!! YEAH !!! I figured out he doesn't really like going from tummy to back as it scares him now and why he doesn't do it much.

The Big Flirt

jonathan doesn't like being in his car seat and walking around the store. He likes to be held and see everything. He likes people coming up to see him and smiling and talking to him. He smiles and coos at them. What a little flirt!!! I didn't think he could be anymore social than Andrew but at 3.5 he's no longer wanting the world to pass him by but to be part of the world....

Buddies

Getting toknow each other at a young age..... they are about a month apart (33 days) so its fun to see the 2 of them together

This is TYPICAL Jonathan and his spitting up. Sometimes it pours out, others its like projective vomit. Just be sure to know if he burps.....this is the likely result!

I Got It!!

It's amazing to watch him learn new stuff. This week this is something he figured out. He grabs the bumble ball that I hooked up to it and he can grab it with both hands and pull it. He lets go and it shakes and vibrates up.

My Chewy boy......

His shirt said Choo Choo but it should have been spelled Chew Chew.He's got to be teething some as now he's chomping something feirce. I'm glad he don't have any teeth right now as it would hurt. I think he likes sitting (standing) in here to chew on the side .

Don't Fence Me In.....

Yeah ...seat belts are the biggest thing now as we can turn and wiggle our way down if we don't. His seat was on the floor so he was safe....so now he doesn't like seat belts

Happy Mother's Day

Any other day to me.....I love my mommy as she takes care of me!!

Jonathan had some tummy issues and was throwing up more than his "normal" amount of formula. I switched him to pedialyte in the afternoon as I didn't want himto be dehydrated. His usual happy demeanor was gone and he was abnormally fussy and wanted to be held most of the day. This picture was taken AFTER he got pedialyte and was acting more like himself

I had pics done at Walmart again and everytime I go there now I think man I could take better pics than this guy and then try..... Here are my attempts. They are about as good if not better than the guy that took them and has all the supplies there. He makes me mad as he does know how to do anything but the standard stuff and photo shop everything. Duh...I can do that

The Happy Coo-er

Wow can he be loud when he wants!!! He likes to "talk" alot and he did tonight. I thought he would be tired from our days adventure but not tonight. I love watching him do tummy time now as he can lift his back legs. He rolls when he wants and mostly he just cries instead ...it gets a quicker response than figuring out how to roll on our own but he still will.
